• Rodney Rice - Founding Pastor/Teacher & Head Elder

    After serving in churches for more than 27 years as worship leaders, Rodney and his wife, Jimmelynn, answered the call of God to start Church@Main in March of 2009. They felt very strongly that the heartbeat of Church@Main should be practical Bible teaching, powerful Spirit-led worship, a place where believers authentically love one another and are transparent and real.

    Rodney is a pastor whose primary strengths are teaching and leadership. His teaching style is described as practical, honest, transparent and authentic. His goal each week is to make the scriptures come alive with dynamic explanation and practical application.  Rodney and Jimme are so proud of their three children and five grandchildren. They are the delight of their lives! Rodney’s hobbies include fishing, cooking. playing golf and following his beloved University of Kentucky Wildcats.

  • Josh Pack - Student Ministries Pastor

    Josh grew up on the east side of Indianapolis. After graduating from high school in 2007, he studied youth ministry and missions at Cedarville University (OH). Throughout his time at CU, he had a chance to work for a small church, Athletes in Action, and a couple of summer camps. Upon graduation, he moved to Zambia (Africa) for half a year to assist church planters in small cities and in the bush. In January 2013, Josh started working as a youth, young adults, and missions pastor in Crawfordsville, IN. 

    Josh joined the Church@Main Staff in January 2018.  He loves to play sports, grill meat, eat burritos, and do life together with friends and family. His passion in life is raising up the next generation to worship Jesus as Lord and extend His glory to the ends of the earth. Getting to work with students, young adults, and outreach/missions is a dream come true!

  • Blake Rice - Worship Leader

    Blake grew up here, in Brownsburg, IN. He graduated from Brownsburg High School in 2010, then moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to study worship leading at Ocean's Edge School of Worship. After graduating from OE, he moved back to Brownsburg and reconnected with his high school sweetheart, Kayleigh, and they got married in August of 2014. 

    Blake has been on staff at C@M since 2012. He's a big foodie (anything from steak to sushi), sports lover, handyman, and loves pretty much anything outdoors. Together, Blake & Kayleigh are debt free and lead Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University at C@M. They love meeting and mentoring other couples and walking with them in their relationship with Jesus. 

  • Kayla Archer - Children's Ministry Director

    Kayla grew up in a Christian home near Williamsport, Pennsylvania, home of the Little League World Series. She graduated high school 2002 and attended Baptist Bible College (now Summit University) in Clarks Summit, PA. During college, Kayla participated in a short-term mission trip to the Ukraine and fell in love with missions and teaching. She graduated with a bachelors in bible and secondary education. In 2007, Kayla came to Brownsburg, IN to teach high school English. While in Brownsburg, she meet her husband, Caleb. After six years of teaching and two daughters, Kayla is now the Kids@Main Director, where she desires to see families grow together in their walk with Christ. She loves reading and being "artsy" when she has time away from her crazy kids.

  • Chris Johnston - Executive Assistant

    Chris grew up in Brownsburg and graduated from Brownsburg High School. She has been a part of Church@Main since the beginning at Eaton Hall, serving as Nursery Director for several years. Chris and her husband, Kevin, have been blessed with being foster parents and have 6 children with an age range of 34 years along with 4 grandchildren. She loves to cook, camp, travel and spend time with family.
